This page explains which external services AI Webmaster may contact, why they may be used, when data may be sent and who controls those connections.AI Webmaster is a free WordPress plugin for administrator-supervised AI workflows. It may use external services only when a related feature is configured, enabled or used by the website owner or administrator.

Activation alone should not send website content to external AI providers.

If a service is not listed here, it should not be used by AI Webmaster unless it is added to this page and disclosed in the plugin readme.txt.

OpenAI API

Service

OpenAI API, operated by OpenAI.

Purpose

AI Webmaster may use the OpenAI API for AI-assisted workflows such as:

  • content generation,
  • content rewriting,
  • summarization,
  • page planning,
  • documentation drafting,
  • internal linking support,
  • task interpretation,
  • layout planning,
  • image generation,
  • connection tests.

When Data Is Sent

Data may be sent to OpenAI only when an administrator has configured an API key and starts a supported AI-powered action.

Examples:

  • generating a page,
  • improving a post,
  • expanding content,
  • creating documentation,
  • testing the API connection,
  • generating an image,
  • running supported AI-assisted bulk actions.

Data That May Be Sent

Depending on the selected feature, AI Webmaster may send:

  • prompts,
  • task instructions,
  • selected titles,
  • selected excerpts,
  • selected page or post content,
  • headings,
  • internal links,
  • site structure context,
  • project goals,
  • design settings,
  • directory context,
  • generation settings,
  • image prompts,
  • generated or revised content.

Do not send sensitive or confidential information unless transmission is authorized, necessary and lawful.

Administrator Control

The website owner or administrator supplies their own OpenAI API key.

The administrator is responsible for:

  • OpenAI account access,
  • API usage,
  • billing,
  • quotas,
  • model availability,
  • provider terms,
  • data choices,
  • legal compliance.

AI Webmaster does not provide an OpenAI API key.

Important Safety Notes

Do not send the following to AI services unless you have confirmed that it is appropriate and lawful:

  • passwords,
  • private API keys,
  • administrator credentials,
  • database credentials,
  • payment data,
  • confidential customer data,
  • legally protected information,
  • private security reports,
  • secrets stored in configuration files.

AI-generated legal, privacy, security or compliance content requires human review.

OpenAI Links

OpenStreetMap

Service

OpenStreetMap website and map embed, operated within the OpenStreetMap ecosystem.

Purpose

AI Webmaster may use OpenStreetMap for optional map or directory display features.

When Data Is Sent

If an administrator publishes a directory or map feature using OpenStreetMap, a visitor’s browser may load an OpenStreetMap iframe or open an OpenStreetMap link.

Data That May Be Sent

OpenStreetMap may receive browser request data such as:

  • IP address,
  • user agent,
  • referrer,
  • map bounds,
  • marker coordinates,
  • applicable cookies or browser identifiers depending on the service.

Administrator Control

The administrator decides whether to publish map-related features and whether OpenStreetMap is used.

If external maps are enabled, the site owner should consider privacy notices, cookie notices and local legal requirements.

Google Maps JavaScript API

Service

Google Maps JavaScript API, operated by Google.

Purpose

AI Webmaster may optionally use Google Maps JavaScript API for directory or map display features when the administrator chooses Google Maps and provides a Google Maps API key.

When Data Is Sent

If the administrator configures a Google Maps API key and publishes a map feature using Google Maps, a visitor’s browser may load scripts and map data from Google.

Data That May Be Sent

Google may receive browser request data such as:

  • IP address,
  • user agent,
  • referrer,
  • map interaction data,
  • API key usage,
  • applicable cookies or browser identifiers depending on Google configuration and user browser state.

Administrator Control

Google Maps is optional.

The administrator is responsible for:

  • providing the Google Maps API key,
  • managing Google API usage,
  • billing,
  • quotas,
  • domain restrictions,
  • terms compliance,
  • privacy notices.

Service

aiwebmaster.cloud, the official project website for AI Webmaster documentation, support, donation information and AIWOS Cloud information.

Purpose

The plugin may display links to:

When Data Is Sent

The plugin should not automatically send website content, telemetry or private data to aiwebmaster.cloud.

A visitor or administrator contacts aiwebmaster.cloud only when they click a project link or send a support message.

Data That May Be Sent

When opening the website, normal browser request data may be processed by the hosting environment, such as:

  • IP address,
  • user agent,
  • requested URL,
  • referrer,
  • browser metadata.

If you contact support by email, the information you include in the message will be received by the project support address.

Do not send passwords, private API keys, administrator credentials, database dumps or confidential customer data.

Project Links

Services Not Included by Default

AI Webmaster should not claim to use unspecified external services.

Avoid vague statements such as:

  • “Other APIs may be used”
  • “SEO tools may be connected”
  • “Translation services may be used”
  • “Image platforms may be used”

Use those statements only if the service is actually integrated, documented, optional or required status is clear, and terms/privacy links are provided.

If future versions add new external services, update this page and the plugin readme.txt before release.

Relationship to AIWOS Cloud

AIWOS Cloud is a separate future platform for autonomous website operation.

It may have its own external service model, data processing model, cloud architecture, terms and privacy documentation.

AIWOS Cloud is not required to use AI Webmaster.

AIWOS Cloud is not a paid unlock of AI Webmaster.
